12:00 PM | 1 visit to a Traditional Acetaia and the permanent exhibition of ancient Estense artifacts, including a tasting of several types of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Modena.
1:00 PM | Visit to a historic Lambrusco estate, exploring the family vineyards and tasting 4 of the region’s most representative wines, accompanied by a selection of traditional local specialties.
